While in our Administrative Accounting Clerk I program, you learn both manual and computerized general accounting principles through an exclusive hands-on approach in small groups.
Administrative Accounting Clerk II courses focus on putting your new skills to work by expanding your knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, accounting, and auditing.

  • Program duration is 36 weeks.

  • Class time is 8:00am to 12:20pm
  • Hands-on training includes accounting principles,

  • Bookkeeping, QuickBooks,

  • Accounts Receivable/Payable,

  • Payroll, balancing checkbooks, preparing depreciation schedules, preparation of income statements and balance sheets.

 

  • Program also includes: Microsoft Word, Excel, 10-Key, Keyboarding, Skills Bank, and Business Simulations.
