At our career college, we provide a student-centric, convenient way for individuals to learn the skills needed to compete in today’s challenging job market. We seek to admit individuals who have the capacity and determination to complete our hands-on training career training programs and graduate.

History Of Modesto campus
Computer Tutor was established in 1986 in Modesto, California by Lenore Hughes to improve children’s reading, comprehension and mathematical skills. Computer Tutor began offering computer software training and clerical programs to adults in 1989. Accounting courses were added in 1992. In 1997, R. George Rawe became the Director of Computer Tutor . In 1998, Mr. Rawe became the Director/Owner and medical and computer technical programs were added. Because of the expanded program offerings, the Computer Tutor name was changed to Computer Tutor Business & Technical Institute in July 2002. Computer Tutor Business & Technical Institute first received accreditation from ACCSC in March 2003. In February 2014, the Institution moved to a new location at 4300 Sisk Rd. Modesto, CA. Effective August 1, 2017, Stellar Career College, LLC became the new owner of the school and Mr. Zulfiqar A. Satti is President and CEO. In 2020, Stellar Career College opened its second location in Chicago, IL. and our third location in Crown Point, IN. in 2023

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Stellar Career College is dedicated to providing quality professional skill development to the 21st century workforce. Our industry experienced faculty will train students in their new careers using a hands-on, instructor-led learning environment. Upon successful completion of one of our certificate programs, students will be prepared for entry-level positions in the careers for which they were trained.

The welfare and education of students and employees at our technical school is our primary focus. Together, we work toward building skilled individuals and a successful trade school to serve the needs of the community.

Schools that are accredited by ACCSC are required to have a published procedure for handling student complaints. A copy of the Student Complaint Procedure as well an overview of the complaint process is available via the ACCSC Complaint Review Process Form.
If a student does not feel that the school has adequately addressed a complaint or concern, the student may consider contacting the Accrediting Commission using the ACCSC Complaint Form. The ACCSC Complaint Form contains useful information regarding filing a complaint with both the school and with ACCSC. If a student has questions about the complaint process, they are encouraged to contact ACCSC at complaints@accsc.org.
